AN INTERPLAY OF TRANSPARENCY AND LIGHT
In the gardens of the south of France, light is intentional: it filters through foliage, traces the lines of shutters, and casts shifting shadows across the walls. With HB1 – Quadrillage, wrought iron becomes part of this interplay of lines and transparency, like a light architectural structure that complements the landscape. A collection designed for terraces, courtyards, and gardens in Provence and beyond, moving between shade and light.
HARMONY OF DESIGN AND WROUGHT IRON
The HB1 design is built around a lattice of riveted slats, paired with a chapeau de gendarme backrest and rolled-scroll armrests. Its structured geometry meets soft curves, complementing the patinas and plays on light that bring wrought iron to life. The strength of this graphic language can be seen at the Mas de Chabran, a magnificent 18th-century estate in the heart of the Alpilles. It also graces the outdoor spaces of George V Paris, alongside pieces from the HB3 collection.
